Terms of service
In force from 30 October 2026.
These terms apply between your business and Steloria. We wrote them in plain words; they include the agreement on processing your customers' data.
Who we are and who Steloria is for
Steloria is a service of Steloria – Matej Batinić, Via Vallone 19, 6500 Bellinzona. Contact: info@steloria.ch.
Steloria is made for businesses (companies, self-employed people, associations), not for private use. Whoever creates the account accepts these terms on behalf of the business and confirms they may represent it.
Free trial
The trial lasts 14 days, with no credit card, with the features of the plan you choose, at most 20 texts and, with Pro, the Maps grid for 1 keyword. Each business gets one trial: to recognise it we keep a fingerprint (hash) of the email, the Google profile and the phone number.
When the trial ends, sending requests and reminders stops and your data stays. We charge nothing: you pay only if you choose a plan.
If you choose a plan with more than 2 days of trial left, the days left stay free: the first charge comes at the end of the trial, and until then the trial limits apply.
Plans and prices
Basic costs CHF 39, Plus CHF 59 and Pro CHF 89 a month; yearly CHF 390, 590 and 890 (12 months for the price of 10). What each plan includes is written on the prices page and in the dashboard, under Subscription.
Included texts are counted over the last 30 days; unused ones do not carry over.
Prices are in Swiss francs, excluding VAT. Today we charge none, as we are not VAT-registered; if we register, adding it counts as a price change, with the same notice.
Payment, renewal and cancellation
You pay in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe. The subscription renews automatically for the same period.
You can cancel at any time from Subscription → Manage payment or by writing to info@steloria.ch. The subscription stays active until the end of the period already paid; paid periods are not refunded.
A plan change happens on the same subscription: the difference is prorated by the days left and appears on the next invoice.
If a payment fails, Stripe retries for a few days; if it stays unpaid, the subscription ends and the paid features stop. Your data stays.
We announce any price increase by email at least 30 days in advance: it applies from the next renewal and, if you do not agree, you can cancel before then.
Your commitments
You write only to real customers who have used your services and given you their contact details. You comply with the law, in particular data protection and the Swiss Unfair Competition Act (UCA).
You offer no rewards or discounts in exchange for reviews, do not ask only happy customers for reviews and do not publish fake reviews: Google's rules forbid this too. That is why Steloria always shows the link to Google, whatever rating the customer gives.
Read the drafts written with artificial intelligence before you publish them: the published reply is yours. Keep access to the account, that is your email inbox, to yourself.
What we offer and what we do not
We do our best to keep Steloria running at all times, but we cannot guarantee an uninterrupted service: maintenance or a provider's outage can stop it for a while.
We do not promise a number of reviews, a rating or a position on Google Maps: these depend on your customers and on Google. Steloria is not affiliated with Google.
If we remove a feature included in your plan, we announce it by email at least 30 days in advance; if you do not agree, you can cancel and we refund the part paid and not used.
Liability
We are liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence. In all other cases, as far as the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months and excludes indirect damage and loss of profit.
Your customers' data: who does what
For your customers' data you are the controller; we process it on your behalf (art. 9 FADP, art. 28 GDPR). These terms are our agreement for this processing.
It covers name, phone number or email, service and date of the visit, the status of the requests and what customers write on the page (rating, message, contact details, photo or video). The purpose is to send, on your behalf, the review requests, reminders and invitations to come back that you turn on, and to show you the results.
We process this data only on your instructions, meaning your settings and actions in the dashboard, never for our own purposes or for advertising. Everyone who works with us is bound to confidentiality.
People who want no more messages are excluded on every channel. We help you answer your customers' requests (access, deletion and so on) and pass on to you those that reach us.
Your customers' data: providers, security, end of contract
To run the service we use the providers listed in the privacy policy, bound by the same data protection obligations. Before adding or changing one we tell you by email; if you do not agree, you can cancel.
We protect the data with the measures described in the privacy policy. If a security breach affects your customers' data, we tell you without delay, so that you can inform the FDPIC or the customers where needed.
When the contract ends the data stays until you ask us to delete it; we delete it within 30 days of the request. Before that, if you ask, we send you your customers' data as a CSV file.
On request we give you the information you need to check that we meet these obligations.
Suspension and termination by us
We may suspend or close an account that sends unwanted messages, asks for fake reviews or breaks the law or these terms, as a rule after a warning. If we close an account through no fault of the owner, we refund the part paid and not used.
Changes and applicable law
If we change these terms, we tell you by email at least 30 days in advance; if you do not agree, you can cancel before they take effect.
Swiss law applies. The courts at our place of business have jurisdiction.
